- Corporate Name, GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number), and trade licenses.
- Contact details of corporate officers (name, email, phone number).
- Delivery locations, storage warehouses, and custom ordering specifications.
2. Use of Business Information
Aggregated business metrics, company names, and GSTINs are utilized exclusively to:
- Verify active wholesale status and fast-track tax exemptions on bulk custom clearances.
- Process invoicing, arrange shipping freights, and execute factory audit contracts.
- Coordinate transit logging notifications with regional ports and warehouse networks.
3. Data Security and GSTIN Vetting
Indian GSTIN inputs are validated securely through compliance APIs. We do not store financial credentials or sensitive account authorization logs. All stored business profiles are encrypted and backed by security firewalls to prevent data leaks.
4. Sharing Data with Custom Brokers
To execute cross-border sourcing, we share corporate clearance papers with custom house agents (CHAs) and shipping lines. These entities are contractually bound to treat all company cargo manifests as confidential.
